Elevators always down, bikes will get stolen if you use the bike storage area, dogs pee in hallways/elevators they do not do routine sweeping/mopping like they used to, garage gates always broken, elevators always broken. Ive seen car windows smashed often lately so not sure why we have to pay for security they are more worried about towing a car thats 1 minute passed their registration time.

Throughout our entire application process, Kaderick was nothing short of phenomenal. His professionalism, attentiveness, and courteous demeanor made the process incredibly smooth and stress-free. This apartment complex has the most predatory towing system I have ever seen before. You have to re register your car every 24 hours, and if you dont, your car is stolen and you have to pay 200 dollars to get it back. My car has been taken from me two times. Once because I was distracted by a family emergency which caused me to forget to fill out my daily guest pass. And another in which I simply did not receive the confirmation email after attempting to submit the pass. There was a third time where I caught the tow truck man waiting by my car 5 mins before my pass expired. Luckily I filled it out at the last second, but the man was leaning on my car waiting to take it from me. I tried asking the apartment complex to help me since I beloved my pass had been submitted. I was instructed to talk to the towing company itself. The towing company is halfway across Dallas, so its expensive to even catch a ride over there. When I got to the towing company I tried showing them that I attempted to fill out the pass, and the woman behind the bullet proof glass told me I dont care, I cant help you. You have to talk to the apartment complex, either you pay me or you will not get your car back. Under duress, I made the payment to her to receive my stolen car back. I understand that the apartment complex doesnt have control over what the towing people say, but they represent how this complex treats its tenets family members. And this branch of white rock representation is absolutely terrible. The truth is, if you even slip up for less than an hour, someone will come and steal your car out from under you, mess up your ABS system, and charge you hundreds of dollars to get it back. I will take my chances parking in a Walmart from here on out, since the visitor spots are a trap. This apartment complex has the most predatory parking policy I have ever seen.

A true gem of a find, tucked right across the street from White Rock Creek / Lake. I've lived in 12 different properties over the last 10 years across 3 different states and understand that dealing with leasing agents, property managers & maintenance can truly make or break a home. Kaderick took the time to understand what I needed in an apartment and was able to find me the perfect unit (square footage, floor level, view, features, budget) within the time frame desired. Kaderick's exceptional knowledge & honesty certainly expedited the touring process, which I appreciated. It helped me feel confident signing a lease. The property itself is a perfect marriage of location accessible and a breath of fresh air from the central Dallas norm. During the administrative process, we ran into some system errors, but Kaderick was attentive in finding a solve, while staying communicative to ensure everything was completed. I honestly have never left a google review before, but felt it necessary to laud Kaderick's professionalism and success in bringing merit to Parc at White Rock.
