I have absolutely loved living in the Gentry community over the past 3 years. Tiffany & Caroline are TOP TIER and always incredibly welcoming. Whenever there are issues they are prompt to identify and remedy. Similarly, their communication is refreshing and never leaves you guessing the status of a service request, outstanding matter, etc. My dog Rudy and I cannot say enough wonderful things about this complex & team and would highly recommend it to others!

First off let me say, no one asked me to write this review. I say that because I looked at the reviews before moving here and was sure they were bribing people to do so because there were so many high praises. Lol. They're real, y'all. I've been here for two months now and purposefully waited to write mine. I absolutely love it here. It's so homey, safe, and quiet (for the most part) place to live. People are friendly and the management here is so awesome. Tiffeny and Carolyn are such sweet souls and made my move in process seamless. Maintenance is super quick and so sweet, as well - they ALWAYS speak and honestly never seem to be having a bad day lol.. at least not from when I've seen them. This apartment complex has such a boutique feel in a quaint neighborhood. Right across the street is a park where it's really active but you never hear anything, honestly. The neighbors are respectful and it's never any loud music or disturbances going on. Everyone is so respectful of each other from my experience so far. I literally never hear mine. The apartments themselves are gorgeous. I have a studio apartment with 6 huge windows that shine in natural light to the point I never turn on lights. I work from home so I am here all day and it's literally so quiet and the natural light makes working from home so much easier - it's easy to feel claustrophobic in a small space but my studio apartment feels so much larger than what it is. Extremely grateful for this place because a nice apartment is hard to come by without paying a fortune for rent. It's not necessarily cheap but it's fair and honestly, depending on when you view rates, lower than what you would expect for this type of complex although that's subjective I suppose. All in all, I love it here and would highly recommend this apartment home.
