The rental application was an absolute nightmare. Typically 12 months of bank statements, a clean rental history, and a soft credit check is enough to get in 99% of places, not here apparently. Originally they tried to deny me because they couldnt verify my bank statements at which point I had to remind them that the application has a clause that says if income cant be verified an additional deposit or guarantor may be used. I convinced a friend to be my guarantor at which point the application process became excessive. They wanted his W2, past 4 pay stubs, front and back of his ID, credit check, last 2 years of mortgage payment , and past 3 months of bank statements, as well as my bank statements, past 2 years of rent ledgers, proof of renters insurance for the past 2 years, credit check, and front back of ID. Zero late payments or evictions, bank statements which show I make 3x+ the rent, and an exceptional credit score should have been sufficient proof I could afford and would pay rent on time. Severely disappointed because I really wanted to live here but I refuse to jump through anymore hoops

Very dissatisfied with maintenance including smells in the hallway, security, and parking garage. Smoke alarm has gone off multiple times inside my room for no reason, waking me in the middle of the night. No problem with leasing staff, just would not recommend living here.

Came for a tour at 11 today on 11/3/22. Scheduled with Alyssa Foster . We didnt know there was a parade so spent 30 mins finding parking and going through crowds of people, just to be told she had taken off work and we would not get a tour. Very frustrating.
