Taylor Lofts at the Dallas Farmers Market

I highly recommend talking to Sam at Taylor Lofts. He was incredibly helpful throughout the leasing process and found me a unit with a fantastic view of downtown Dallas. They were always responsive, accommodating, and professional - a true asset to Taylor Lofts! Plus, the location is amazing: you can easily grocery shop at the farmers market, walk downtown and Deep Ellum within 10 minutes.

Axam and Sam made my process of finding a home in Dallas a breeze. There was no doubt about it when I walked through the doors that Taylor Lofts was home. From the tour to move in the have been helpful and timely about the entire process! Not to mention, the lofts themself are safe & beautiful.

I am 1 week in as new resident here at Taylor Lofts and my gosh, I am just absolutely head over heels with the complex, the staff, the area - just everything and everyone! I toured earlier this year with Axam and I was immediately sold, as both Axam and Sam went above and beyond! I went over on a Saturday to tour and I was having trouble finding parking since it can get pretty busy on the weekends - I called the office and Axam offered to jump into my car to help guide me to the nearest parking spot. Literally from the moment I was looking for parking, until the very end of the tour, I was just in completely AWE and I felt right at home! On top of that, seeing the units, the finishes, the beautiful facility and the area?! I was ready to move in right then and there lol. Axam was very informative, answered any questions I had and just made the entire application and move-in process so simple and quick for me! I am so grateful to have met such incredible human beings who truly seem to care for their current and future residents. I had toured many apartments prior to Harvest/Taylor Lofts, and Ive never received the most wonderful, top tier customer service that Ive received here. So incredibly thankful!! I cannot wait to get to know the rest of the staff to properly thank every single one of you guys!
