Trend Design District Apartments

I lived in these apartment for 2 years and the apartment is great, especially when they changed the staff to more responsible and attentive ones. Its kept well and it looks to continue improving.

Dangerous - Not safe - Property Management staff unprofessional and disorganized - significant turn over Horrible horrible experience both living there and then during move out. In summary , Trend Design = 1. Communication = F 2. Safe living arrangements = F 3. Ability to keep accurate documentation = F 4. Management turn over = F 5. Resolve issues and problems in a timely/accurate process = F In Summary - highly recommend you don't rent from this place - better / safer options are available

Update: The property itself is nice and well kept.. The units are beautiful ! Staff is excellent! Maintenance is excellent .. its peaceful really So far the only major issue I can see with anyone deciding to live here is the parking for guests. The parking for guests is on the top floor and its about 9 spaces for hundreds of units lol!!! Also the only way your guest can get in and park their vehicle is if you walk all the way to the 1st floor to let them in because theres no pin pad access for the garage (or they wait for someone to go in) Wondering why is this so major? Well we all know that life happens and you can be healthy one day and completely unhealthy to the point youre about bedridden the next day!! So if this happens and you do become disabled, cant leave your home, and you have to have medical personnel come in for home visits or your family/friend support to help care for you as they can then they wont be able to get to you! At all unless someone lets them in and they prayerfully get a parking spot! The only other option is the street which almost always have no available parking.. cant park at the office or youll get towed so basically if you become disabled temporarily or permanently then youre in trouble! Cause help may not be able to come.. Im not sure if youd be able to move out without penalty under a disability clause under the ADA cause if so youd have to do it unfortunately until they get an actual call box and/or pin pad that allows for your guest to enter without you having to travel allllll the way to the garage to let them in! Itll really be bad if you have babies because now you have to get everyone in the house dressed just to walk downstairs and open the garage door.. hopefully one day that will change Ill update as time goes along I just wanted to throw that out there 1st for anyone who may already be in this situation or an elderly person that cant make it down to the 1st floor quickly or at all to allow guests entry.

Extremely well maintained property, fabulous location, and the staff is amazing. Felicia is so helpful. We love living here!
