        The apartments, facilities, grounds, and security are terrific! There are so many amenities and everything is kept updated and clean. The staff, specifically Kiana and Ofelia, are incredibly amazing always going out of their way to help and provide excellence in hospitality and service.

        I am a vendor for Kade apartments and I just love their community. The residents were very sweet and vibrant. And their event coordinator, Keana, engagement with the residents was awesome. I would love to come back!

        I came here this last weekend for an event hosted by Keana, a leasing agent, here at Kade apartments. She was very professional, fun, kind, and welcoming. I saw her engage with each resident who came to our coffee cart and people were excited to see her. The other leasing agent Alexia was very kind and welcoming. They're doing a wonderful job at Kade!
