6500 South Apartments

They are rats here. I applied, paid $500 for all the procedures and later they told me I didn't qualify. They even made me pop a balloon that said a discount that they were going to give me.... Never dare to apply here because they are going to steal your money, the same thing happened with my sister-in-law... Money is hard to earn and these people he takes it away in the most blatant way.

Never come to these apartments, if you don't want to have to live fixing everything inside them, the maintenance staff never arrives, if I could give less review I would, terrible service

Since I arrived at those apartments my life was in chaos due to the mistreatment of the manager and her rude and uneducated secretaries. When I was going to request a service for the apartment since nothing that was inside the apartment was worth it, whether it was heating, light, air conditioning, cockroaches, broken cabinets, bathtub, cockroaches always coming out of the electrical outlets and from under the carpets, they did not want to provide even a service. They look at you with contempt as if they gave you the rent when you are paying your rent and you should receive good service. And to summarize this whole catastrophe of hell, I went to request a service that corresponded to me, they denied it and threw me out, threatening to damage my credit and even more so wanting to charge me an amount of 1700 dollars for 8 days from the date they threw me out, which was what that it was my turn to leave the apartment. But thank God that he exists and that he does justice to these abusers who like to intimidate people that when they go to ask for a service that corresponds to them because they are treated badly here on their page there is a link that takes them to a page that you have a number to call and that they are the big administrators to whom I notified the abuse of these employees and they helped me solve the nightmare that I was going through. I advise you that when you have a problem go to them since these people do not know how to deal to people with the respect they deserve since they are paying their rent and no one gives them anything. It is sad to see that these types of people continue to accuse these customer service positions when they have no education. Hopefully one day they will make a radical change for the sake of those apartments.

I am not a resident of these apartments but I would highly suggest not to stay here. My sister just called them because we wanted to know if the roach problem and hot water system had been resolved. The lady on the phone(Crystal) stated that these apartments just had a management change a year ago but the reviews we were referring to was from 9 months ago. My sister just wanted to know if the apartments are doing better under different management but she put her on hold while she was talking. PLEASE BELIEVE THE REVIEWS!!!!

Do not move here. Place is disgusting, roaches everywhere. Under new management every couple of months They cant keep employees. Main manager does not care about the residents. I had to call code compliance a couple of times on them for mold and mildew in my apartment. Also if you have visitors and still sign up for the 24 hours visitor pass they still take the vehicle. We had to pay extra to leave because we hated it so much.Maintenance doesnt know what there doing either. They try but they hire anyone who can turn a light bulb. Be warned dont live here !! I have pictures to prove everything too
