Dominique was amazing to work with and she helped me secure a lease for a great unit at this place. She was super helpful with answering all my questions and was very open to provide any info if I ever needed anything. I really appreciate all of her help and looking forward to moving into my unit soon!

*BE WARY OF NEW POSITIVE REVIEWS & RESEARCH ACCORDINGLY* Ive been a tenant at this community for over 5 years and have witnessed changes both positive and negative. Since the ownership changed to ZRS in 2023, the complex has steadily gone down hill. This belief is echoed by many other tenants whove lived here for years. This property is not indicative of ZRSs overall management, just their selection of staff at 1400 Hi line. The property itself is a great location, moderately priced, and units are good (they heavily depend on the design and renovations as some unit layouts are outdated). Dont let that sell you on this complex, because as soon as you have a slight problem with your unit or need to work with management, you will see first hand how poor management and employees will ruin your experience. I genuinely feel bad for the new tenants who move in and dont realize what they are signing themselves up for. For all those considering a move to 1400 Hi Line, PLEASE do your research and consider all options. The recent influx of positive reviews is suspicious, prompting me to write this review; it wouldnt surprise me if they are incentivizing positive reviews to offset the climate of dissatisfaction shared among the residents.
