Their supervisor have no clue about customer service.
They have no consideration for lost of sales on their customers.
They have a young female as supervisor which she needs to get trained and understands what customer service is about .
4 days late on delivery and no consideration and understanding customer lost sales because of they did not transmit order .
They need to sale it to Southern Glazer or they need to get some one from that company train their management how to give customer service .very poor run company.
