        Your local service provider immediately assisted my access to my locked space, confirmed my account information and prepared for truck access to my space for emptying. She informed me by telephone as soon as she had cut off the regular lock after losing my own key, and applied a separate lock to prevent unauthorized access until my arrival. Then she accompanied me to the locked space, removed her lock and kept track of my work while emptying. Her service was way above and beyond my expectations and raised my opinion of Move It Storage even after many years of regular use. Thank you for your service.
