Went in and was told that my heart rate is too high andthat it needs to be under 100 for me to able to start the program and that I needed a doctor for clearance. I went to the doctor, had a heart rate of 95 AND ALSO GOT CLEARED TO START THE PROGRAM. When I went back, they said nope for them its still too high. Why say that I needed to be under 100 in the first place!! You would think that a DOCTOR would know more than a medical assistant. And still didn't get anoffer a different option to help with weightloss. What a joke of a clinic.

I just wanted to take some time out to thank the Texas Weight Loss Center of South Austin Tx. I was a customer and client prior a few years ago to TWLC and I was amazed at the quick results I was visualizing in myself. I love the B12 injections once a week, the diet plan given per BMT after proper evaluation of self as well as the prescription given to me per monthly visit. The prices are extremely reasonable, the staff are very kind, understanding and professional as well as confidential. The results were outstanding for myself. The first week I lost 10 pds and 6 months later I was 80 pounds lighter. I started weighing 196 pds. When I stopped my prescription and overall visits, I could not believe how outstanding my weight loss was including how happy I was with the end results. I weighed 132 pds. Amazing I know. Now a few years later I have endured some weight gain due to lifestyle change, not continuing my diet plan and depression due to our most recent tragic news of this worldwide pandemic. Although as a woman the fight goes on. Stay Covid free continue social DISTANCING and proper hygiene. We need to stick together as a whole. Help and look out for your neighbor and loved ones even including the ones you would not normally pay attention to. We may not be able to change the world but I believe we can contribute to helping, convincing and reminding everyone of the proper steps to take to stay Covid free as well as help stop the spread one person at a time. Keep our people safe if we can. Love yourself and each other. God bless everyone and take care....FYI....they dont want us to know the truth but I have been saying this since the start of this pandemic. They dont want us to know the truth but thos is what I believe. Do as you will with ot bit I will not stay quit for I know that every helpful information to our people is considered and taking into account: If your are not well Stay home, coughing= cough into your inner elbow, Sneezing= cover your mouth, wear a mask that is close enough to being N95 filtered or at least 3 layers- single cloth facial coverings is not suffice, I cant stress this enough Constantly wash your hands up to your elbows for at least 15 to 30 seconds, make this a habit of yours....Social distancing is not 6 feet for proper not exposure...in a cough, sneeze, yawn or even just breathing around each other...6 feet is not suffice for Ins every cough, sneeze etc...there are water droplets in them that can travel up to 28 feet...so for better precautions because it's better to be safe than sorry, I suggest social DISTANCING up to 30 feet.....Act on my advice or not it's up to you but I would rather do this and find out it's worth it rather than find out I did not even try this advice and it's too late....love yourself and others...God bless and take Care Google users and others. STAY COVID FREE!!!!
