Employees are not really capable of printing jpeg images. It took them almost half an hour of right clicking on windows photo editor to conclude that they need the photo to be pdf. Then, they said a simple pdf converter would "take too much of their time" as the lady claimed they have "things to do". Well, good luck with the things to do in there. I don't recommend this place unless you want to waste your time or watch a live documentary on how to repel customers.

I was in need of some Business and Post cards. I came in into PostNet and immediately was provided with Upmost Customer service and attention to detail anyone could have expected. The level of Communication through out the process was Top Notch. I can honestly say that PostNet has a Customer for life! Tiffany, Sierra, and Michael are all Amazing!

My husband and I got married this April! As a visual designer, I'm very particular about print/production and finishing. The team at PostNet was incredibly knowledgeable, flexible, and supportive when I approached them with the large-scale collateral package I had designed. It included standard items like foam-core easel signage and menus. I also had some not-so-standard items like packaging for a vinyl record and diecut adhesive directional arrows. No matter the ask, the PostNet team conducted extensive research and offered sensible solutions to all my ideas. On-site, we walked through different stock and substrate options and they recommended a number of finishing methods depending on my intended use-cases. During print/production they provided frequent status updates, so I knew my 30-item wedding collateral package would look exactly as I envisioned and arrive ahead of schedule. Ive never had such a smooth and friendly relationship with a printer before, and I HIGHLY recommend their services. If youre in the Austin area, you should be printing with PostNet on 1401 Lavaca St.

Under new ownership was able to get business cards done quickly and easily.
Very grateful to the new staff who are easy to work with.
Parking in this location can be tricky.
