I can't speak to the work product since our HOA opted to go with another vendor whose bid just came in slightly lower, but I can say that Hudson at Cool Roofs was the most responsive and thorough of any of the roofing companies we contacted for our condo's flat roof replacement. Highly professional and if our experience obtaining an estimate is any indication of the pride they take in their work, I'm sure they'd be a great company to work with!
