She kept in touch for many months from a far before we moved to Austin. As we were new to the US, she was very helpful in sharing insights on the US/Austin housing market . She was patient and always made time to show us a wide range of homes to rent and to buy. Jenny helped me find the last home available in Travisso (stunning community NW of Austin, TX) in January 2022 when there was absolutely no inventory. She made the buying process so easy as she is incredibly knowledgeable in her field and has amazing connections in the region which makes any step of the process go smoothly. Recently Ive had to sell my home due to personal reasons and she guided me every step of the way in terms of when to list, how to best market it, scheduling frequent open houses and I was able to get an offer in less than 20 days during this tough real estate market (plenty of homes available now!). Jenny is an excellent communicator who proactively keeps you informed daily on how things are progressing. She makes you feel like youre her sole client when shes dealing with many priorities at once.
