Merit has the best management team you could ask for. They really love their jobs and it shows. Very kind ladies here, amazing communication and responsiveness. I've ONLY ever heard horror stories about renting from managed properties, our experiences have been like renting from a close friend. Couldn't ask for better people.

Merit Properties was not a pleasant experience for us as renters. Extremely unresponsive as we had to remind them about maintenance issues multiple times that were never resolved. Our property manager would hardly respond to my emails or texts and we were never notified when she no longer worked for the company. Most importantly the company didnt communicate what we needed to the home owner which caused a lot of distrust. I strongly do not recommend renting from this company.

I have worked with Lisa for over 15 years now. She's probably the only property management company owner that answers her cell phone each time I call her. She is very knowledgeable, easy to work with and has helped me in difficult situations several times. I strongly recommend Lisa for your property management needs!
