    Management smoking on property at parkside. Just came in making a really classy first impression, hitting on women you have access to apartment is really a good look. Definitely moving in with me. It's a shame this place has potential but all the slumlords really make it suck.

    Its a lot I can say but I dont wanna get into it. All I need Sandalwood management to do is handle up on the management at country Park, Apartments, in Denton Texas. Mariam is going to lose a lot of money for you guys shes very unprofessional shes argumentative, and shes a sandalwood employee that says a lot shes stealing and shes lying and she feels like she can get away with it and take people money I came to yall and let yall know my problem and yall keep on letting this woman call me back to talk about the situation just to be argumentative and stand on her wrongness please when a resident calls all the way up to corporate to get a problem situated do not have the management that is doing them wrong contact them to try to figure out the problem it was already too late thats why they called corporate because obviously management could not would not and aint going to resolve nothing SHE will not do NOTHINGI gave Country Park, Apartments, my money for four years and at the end of that four years Plus, I let her keep my deposit because she said the apartment was dirty and out of that 200 I would only get $85 back thats a lie im from the show me state you gonna have to show me the pictures that shows that the whole apartment is filthy $200 worth of filth because I know you cant not 4208 apt she likes to do this when people move out just to keep their deposit but its the conversation that we had months ago that she act like she dont remember but thats my word against hers, rightyou telling me I still owe you. And you were so called calling me so we can get it resolved from the collection because I basically wrote a review on how you took my $200 deposit and sent 159 to my collection Maybe yall could put a hold on it but that was after you basically told me what was done was done correctly and I really still owe yall lol this woman is wild Its so much more but I cannot get into it because Im so upset about me calling corporate and corporate calling me back and my end result call is the management that I have a problem with calling me back to not resolve my problem its madness Do better Sandalwood, or at least get your flunkies out so you can put somebody in office who actually cares about people in general or the people that stay at the apartment complex at least care about them this is not even half of what I wanted to tell you guys, but whatever Im so done.

    I have sent an email regarding your property Birchwood in Dallas, TX, but to emphasize the seriousness of the matter, I am also providing a review. Tonia Hall's management has not effectively addressed the issue of homelessness, which is concerning. It has come to my attention that there is a group of homeless individuals residing in the vacant apartment below mine. I reported this last week, and management acknowledged my complaint through my sister. However, no action has been taken since Monday, and the window to the apartment remains open. I simply requested for them to remove the individuals and secure the apartment, yet this apparently simple task has not been accomplished. With the weekend fast approaching, it is imperative that this issue is resolved promptly. I trust that as a company renowned for its performance, you will exhibit leadership skills and prioritize the well-being of tenants who invest their money in your properties. As tenants, we contribute to your success, and I sincerely hope that this message reaches someone at the property and company who can address the issue. I am disappointed and no longer willing to tolerate this situation.

    have been in this community since May of 2019 and the entire time I have resided in the home I have dealt with heavy mold that is causing my health to decline. I have to constantly douse the home in bleach every week, which is also a harmful chemical. I have replaced thousands of dollars in clothing and furniture due to being overtaken in mildew and mold stains. I also was not able to use the main bathroom for over a year living here due to sewage back-up in the tub. The piping is so terrible that actual sewage would come into the tub and could not be drained. It took the office over a year to address this issue. Meanwhile there was actual feces, hair, and many other contaminations that sat in that tub. And the final straw is being sick with bronchitis and my asthma condition worsening over the time of living in this apartment. The mold will not cease until these walls are torn down. Your front office is no help and drops the ball every time something has needed to be handled. I have paid my rent on time every single month during my tenure and have never brought any issues to the community, even though the community is not safe, ie: my car being broken into regularly, the heavy police activity and endless gunshots most nights.
