88 Doors Association Management LLC

I have not had a good experience with 88 doors association management. Ive had to resort to leaving this review on their page due to the fact that I have been calling and sending emails and voicemails for days and have gotten no response. To start I paid a security deposit of $1,925 and am only being refunded $310 of it. They say my walls and doors need to be repainted, however two of the rooms in the house I lived in for the past 1.5 years were not touched more than 5 times the two rooms were completely unoccupied for a year and a half. They also are charging me $350 for a cleaning fee even though I removed all of my personal belongings, swept, mopped, wiped down counter tops, mowed lawn, cleaned fridge, cleaned oven and microwave, and washer and dryer. The cleaning fee is absolute nonsense. I also submitted multiple maintenance request that were never even acknowledged. For the past 6 months I lived there my fire alarms would go off in the middle of the night even after I changed the batteries myself and they never responded to my maintenance request. Again there is just no communication and I have yet to be able to get in contact with someone regarding my security deposit. I find this absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable.

A really nice property management company

Poor communication & turn around time with maintenance requests. I would not rent another property that this company manages as there seems to be little respect for the tenants. Thankfully our situation is very temporary & we will be back to homeownership.
