There was a little confusion about the tour I booked but once he realized that, the man who was there said he could give me a tour, then, since we had taken a long ride to get there. So we followed him to an unfurnished apartment and I toured it with my mother. It turns out you need to be put on a waiting list before moving in. That was the main problem. We also didn't see a nearby bus stop which means we might have to walk a long way to get to the shopping.

3 spring apartments.... what can I say. took our deposit and put it in their account, won't return it until 30 days already knowing we made to much to get a unit. staff is very disorganized Nd point blame at every one instead of taking accountability.

They manage the villas at Colt run and they are TERRIBLE. I am pregnant and I have a 8 month old baby and we were out of air for 5 days because the office was retaliating against me because I needed help taking out my trash. The maintenance man was so rude, he beat on my door asking me whats wrong with me why cant I take out my own trash with an attitude, the office lady is even worse! She yells, calls the police and verbally aggressive to ppl so she can press charges! They have more roaches than Houston and San Antonio combined over here! I wish I could give it zero stars I hate these apartments!!!!!!!!
