The apartment complex they own which is Rio Springs is a place you do not want to live. The property manager is Rude along with her assistant . They lie about putting in work orders and they never answer the phone when you call. They close early but yet leave when the time comes.

This company is indictive of how bad and treacherous this Apartment industry has become, with these scandalous and mean spirited upper management personalities running these Management companies. I wholeheartedly agree with these other reviewers who've had a very negative experience with Achieve Properties. .. there are personnel employed them who incur deliberate misunderstandings and then try hide them - and then spin the blame and negativity.They area not bad people - but I believe caught up in the negative and exploitive culture of this company. I know the short time I worked for them (several years ago) as Maintenance in San Antonio on several properties - I was struggling with some personal issues,but the way the District Manager, Veronica N. handled the situation is appalling. She deliberately ignored that I was physically attacked on their property by a resident, and also racially verbally abused repeatedly by another resident - and then her absolutely presumptuous attitude and exploitive demeanor towards me - and most her maintenance staff - was just stifling .. I have so much I could say - but I know I wasn't perfect with some personal issues, but I worked hard and efficiently and effective for them with my industry veteran tech skills, but it was never enough I met another Manager few months ago randomly on an assignment - who also had a terrible negative experience with this company .. small world, in this industry, too small. ..

Achieve property knows nothing about the Things that go on at their properties Salado creek villas in San Antonio I am writing this review to share our distressing experience as tenants at Salado Creek Villas. In October 2023, we reported a water leak in our bathroom. Despite our immediate report and a follow-up, the issue was not addressed until mid-November. By then, the delay had resulted in significant mold growth, severely affecting the air quality and my health. Our repeated attempts to communicate with the property management about the mold have been unproductive. In a concerning turn of events, we've now received an eviction notice for non-payment, a situation we believe is unfair considering the uninhabitable condition of our apartment. We are reaching out for help and awareness regarding our situation. It's critical that such maintenance issues are taken seriously and addressed promptly to ensure tenant safety and well-being. Any advice or assistance from fellow community members or professionals in tenant rights would be greatly appreciated. We hope no one else has to experience what we are going through.

DO NOT WORK HERE! I have never done a review about a company I worked for. There have been some great and some not so great. But this company is so bad I must share to prevent any good candidates from making the same mistake I and others I know have made. This owner is very rude and threatening. I worked there for 30 days and was held accountable for the dire situation of my property as if I had been there a year. I was asked to falsify documents for court. I was made to do a final write-up on an employee after being there 1 week which caused a very uncomfortable working environment. The motto of the company is respect is earned not given, which I find odd since you get no respect from her. We were told in our company meeting that if the corporate office had three residents contact them within a quarter the manager would get a write up. I could go on and on with the daily negative atmosphere. My main goal here is to warn off others that dont want to live/work with angry and mean management. Good Luck.
