Not having a good day. There's sewage water sitting in my tub as of yesterday morning. After leaving 4 "emergency maintenance" tickets I have yet to be even acknowledged. This management company seems to be horrible so far and I haven't even hit a whole year as a tenant yet. There is no emergency maintenance, it doesn't exist at this property.

VERDE APARTMENTS: DO NOT Move Here: Refusal to fix my ac unit even though maintenance has said it doesn't work and needs a new unit. It's summer in Texas, and they will not fix it. There is trash all over the complex that isn't picked up, dog poop left everywhere, dogs running around off leash, residents playing music loud in the parking lot all hours of the night, sometimes until 3 am which causes the walls to vibrate. The dog poop stations haven't been cleaned out in weeks even though they are clearly full. I have had an ant and roach problem since moving in, and they are forcing building clean outs in the upcoming weeks for pest issues, which means we have to leave for a day, bring out pets, and empty/clean out the cabinets, even though I'm already moved in. I was told by maintenance I needed a new ac unit and they needed to order a crane for the installation. I checked a few days later for an update and they said they didn't have one. Spoke to the original maintenance guy who told me they told him they couldn't afford it. YOU HAVE TO FIX MY AC, WHETHER YOU CAN AFFORD IT OR NOT. NOT MY PROBLEM. You moved me into a unit without a working ac. There is another tenant here who left a review and doesn't have a working ac. The unit I moved into was beyond move in quality, the walls had cracks in them, the sink and showered was stained, the floors had paint splatters all over them, and the shower head was held together with scotch table. One of my stove burners gets maximum hot no matter what setting its on. AVOID moving here at all costs until you're looking to live in a bug infested sauna for the next year.
