If I could leave 0 stars I would. Literally the worst company I have EVER worked for. So happy I left!!! Best decision for myself and my mental. You can go above and beyond for them, but they will not for you. All they care about is money. STAY AWAY.

I'm currently at Lark apartments and Ive tried to contact y'all at your phone number, sent emails and spoke to the manager here. They've been unprofessional, I have work orders that need to be done. No one has done anything to my place. Ive paid off the balance but the manager threatened to reject my payment and take me to court. This is the worst experience I had renting a place of my own. I have water leaking out of my toilet, broken faucet in the tub, structure damage, and even my dishwasher not working properly. Ive make work orders, make the management known of the problems, and even sent emails. Don't rent here. They charge too much money for a huge headache. edit1: Ive already emailed yall through that and still no reply.

Need to be put out of business. All they want is money but residents live worse than they would in the projects of Chicago. Horrible company

I live at the Benton apartments in San Antonio and the management refuses to help its residents out in times of trouble this past week there has been many car break in just the other night there were about 12 (see photos) and when we went to confront the front office they had told us if we cared so much then we would patrol the parking lot ourselves and act as our own security, they didnt agree with how I acted so they retaliated with giving me a lease violation, I find b.s because they are more worried about the things I did to get their attention to the matter instead of the actual situation. We tried to talk to the office many times till the completely locked us out. On top of everything last night a resident was walking the parking lot making sure no cars were getting broken into and he got shot at 5 times just for walking around the grounds. The Benton has gone so far to make anything pleasant for its residents. Maybe a resident poll would show yall how downhill this property has gone.
