I recently had an experience with the home application process and wanted to share my thoughts. While I appreciated the opportunity to apply for the home, I was disappointed to find out that our credit scores did not meet the requirements. It would have been helpful to have been informed about this beforehand, as it would have saved us time and effort. I even emailed and called Beck Turner to get a clear explanation, but unfortunately, she never got back to me. Transparency and open communication are important to me, and I believe it's crucial for both parties to have a clear understanding of expectations from the beginning. Encouraging us to apply despite knowing our credit scores didn't meet the requirements felt misleading. Moving forward, I hope that there will be more clarity and honesty in the application process, so that others don't encounter the same frustration. It would be beneficial for everyone involved to have a transparent and upfront approach. Overall, I appreciate the opportunity to apply, but I hope that improvements can be made to prevent similar situations in the future. Thanks for listening.
