Overall the process was extremely efficient. Communication and follow-ups were excellent. Pricing was great. Ziprent was able to set up my account, get the property listed on Zillow and other sites, schedule showings and help sign the lease in a little over 3 weeks. Ziprent's tenant screening and qualification process is a great addition. I highly recommend Ziprent!

The Ziprent team was incredibly helpful and accommodating in my process renting. My roomates and I are young renters, which created a lot of nerves for us but the team provided steps that were easy to digest and always provided every piece of information that we would need. The entire process went by quickly and smoothly. On top of all of that, all team members had provided me with amazing customer service and made me feel secure from applying to finalizing the lease.

My experience with Ziprent has been a good one. They are very professional and responsive and it's fairly easy to get someone live on the phone, which is RARE these days. The listing process was easy and smooth. The photographer came on time and fitted the smart lockbox and took some great pictures of my home. We started getting hits right away and could track all the folks scheduled to come see the place. Their platform is easy to use and well organized for landlords to manage properties. The only reason I didn't give them 5-stars is because I would've liked Ziprent to be more of a strategic partner in the endeavor to find the right tenant. We got multiple offers but a lot of them were NOT the right offers. We wasted a lot of time going back and forth with prospective tenants with Ziprent acting as the middle-man. It would've been nice if Ziprent reps could've anticipated some common questions that may have come up, instead of just passing information back and forth - which would've saved us some time and headache. It would've also been nice if Ziprent gave a little more guidance on the small things like what a typical security deposit is if we allow pets; or insight into someone's credit profile, etc. All in all, we are very pleased with Ziprent thus far. They found us good tenants who are paying rent on time and we don't have to worry about our property while we are living overseas. And of course, you can't beat $100 a month property management fee right!
