As a board member, I am happy with our new association manager, PMI Silicon Hills. Ken has excellent communication skills, and I find him to be competent and responsible. He regularly meets with the board and submits timely reports, including any resolutions of issues, for each contact between us and his team. That helps in keeping our association on track. I am impressed with his hands-on knowledge of HOA issues and his expertise regarding condo law. I highly recommend PMI Silicon Hills to manage your association!

I have known Ken and Kelly Littleton for many years. They were my next-door neighbors and I consider them to be part of my family. Ken was the secretary of our HOA for almost 20 years. The team at PMI Silicon Hills are really on top of their game with the best association management tools in the industry! They are experts in association law and governance. I love that board members and homeowners have 24/7 access to their account balance, can pay their assessments online, access the community calendar, documents, and submit work orders. What I love most, though, are the people. Ken and Kelly really love what they do and they are a joy to work with!
