Edited to add: I have been in contact with accounts payable for months. They're the ones who are now telling me the new management company is responsible for paying, if they respond at all. We've been trying for months to get our outstanding invoices paid by GVA for work done before a new management company took over the apartment complex we were servicing. We're now being lied to that the new management company is responsible for paying.

Tried to call corporate many times after being displaced by the tornado. The post office lost our check to get reimbursed for rent and deposit and cant get anyone to answer or return a call about it. Terrible customer service.

I moved out on September 2023 from Falls on Bull Creek and havent gotten my deposit back. I called many times but they do not call back or pick up. The new administration at FoBC helped me but their emails are also not being responded by GVA. Be aware of this company if you are renting a place and want your deposit back. Its seems that I will have to go to the office in person.

I moved into Solara almost 3 months ago and these are repairs that were on my move-in paperwork. I have been to the office four times and still have not had the repairs done. My toilet is not bolted to the floor. I dont have cold water on my washer the double doors to the patio was never finished the heater Has exposed wires to the point I dont even feel safe in my apartment. My dishwasher is full of paint that will not come out and the only thing I can think happened was someone put paint brushes, in my dishwasher. This is just a start to the list that has not been finished. One of the biggest concerns is that this gated community has never had working gates and two out of the three exit entrances are chained and locked so in an emergency there is only one exit entrances are now chained with locks. I have been told that they are going to be making repairs but as of two weeks not one person has been seen making any repairs and why do they have to be locked 24 seven this is a huge dangerous situation as is the apartment at Entrance of the complex which I have now been told burned down several years ago. St this time there is no fences up surrounding the work area, brick piles, drywall piles, and garbage piles in the parking. Anyone could be seriously injured and God forbid, somebody climb the stairs and fall off because there is no railing it would be much worse! I have called the fire marshal and made a complaint I have called 311 and made a complaint, and in the process of doing what I can to get these problems resolved, but I cant do it on my own. I pay my rent and should have what I was promised in my lease agreement, as well as what is advertised on the on the Solara website. This is GVA Management and Solara Apartments and how they conduct business!
