I cannot speak for the company as a whole, but as for Lisa, who manages my condo complex, she is absolutely horrible, unprofessional & rude. I've been the recipient of verbal accusations multiple times and when I've called to discuss issues with her, she flat out hung up on me. I own my condo in this complex, so my HOA dues pay for her company's services. The fact that she hung up on me as a paying client, is beyond unprofessional.

I had the pleasure of living at Este for many years. I've lived in various condos before and this is hands down the best managed property I have ever lived in. Lisa McTiernan is an absolute pleasure. This is an update. Now on my 11th year with this company and with Lisa as a manager. This year several important issues have been taken care of that will improve the long-term characteristics of Este condominium. These have been proactive moves that enhance our investment. In addition multiple fires have been put out that could have turned into something significant. I have lived 10 years in a condo which is managed by perch management and Lisa. I can say without a doubt that the reason I have been willing to stay 10 years is because of Lisas management skills, people skills and how attentive she is to small and large needs of the tenants. I have friends throughout Austin, some that live in condos significantly more expensive than ours, and have seen how lucky my wife and I are to live in a condominium that is well taken care of and managed!
