Easily the worst property management company I have ever worked with. If you want your security deposit back, expect to fight tooth and nail for it -- and be ready for the company representatives to become aggressive and hostile. It took nearly 11 months for the company to send back our security deposits, which is in direct contrast to the Attorney General of Texas' guidelines that landlords must return security deposits within 30 days of receiving a forwarding address. This only happened after I pestered them by calling multiple times a week for months. I never heard from one of the managers, despite being told that they would call me on multiple occasions. Jack, the person who answered the phones, was extremely hostile and ended our last conversation by raising his voice, accusing me of being "suspicious," and requesting that my boyfriend contact them in the future instead. This company routinely takes advantage of college students and is incredibly hostile. I would never recommend anyone work with them.

Leasing office lost my package and was defensive when I attempted to rectify. I've now lost my company's computer as a result, costing me about $1,800 due to their negligence.

I would recommend this property management company to anyone! Making a cross country move is stressful, but renting with G&B was one of the least stressful parts of the transition. Genevieve, the property manager we worked with, is great! She was so friendly, helpful, flexible, and welcoming.

We have been renting a house and dealing with this management company for a couple months now. So far so good. Quick replies, gets things done. Jack is knowledgeable.
