ALL POSITIVE REVIEWS ARE FAKE. These people are terrible. DO NOT RENT WITH THEM. on top of my experience the apartment itself was not worth the money. There were cheap renovations over a terrible foundation. aside from that, I was a 20 year old college student when they rented to me. My roommate at the time missed 2 months of rent payments and we got evicted. fair enough. I showed up to court and he didn't. That didnt count for anything. they opened up a $12,000 collections account against me. For ONE MISSED PAYMENT. now 5 years later I can't rent an apartment. No one will rent to me. I am HOMELESS. and I MAKE GOOD MONEY. I have full time job but no home because you all decided to be vindictive toward a 20 year old. I had to drop out of school because of what you all did to me.

Lived there for 4 years, no issues,very convenient location.. our realtor Elena is very responsive and always helpful. anytime we needed maintenance, they come within 24 hours , never had to stay with anything broken (ac/sink..etc)because they come fix it very fast. Small laundry room but always available since it’s a small complex (2800 swisher st) .

Elena Vasquez was extemely attentative. We were able to find what we were looking for and the approval process took about 24 hours. I read through the other reviews (which are pretty bad). I'm a business owner myself and the two bad reviews I have are with people that were a nightmare to work with despite our absolute best efforts and going above and beyond. Sometimes you just cant please people. They just want to be petty and hurt your image. Done trust these one star reviews. They are rarely based on actual events but rather just an attempt to spread lies and generalities.
