I have to say I was not pleased on the length of time it took to fix our A/C in the heat of the summer but I know it was not Avanta 360's fault. It was a home warranty company. Kirby and there team went above and beyond to help us. Thank you for everything that you have done!

I can say enough good things about this company. Im a Real Estate agent and I still have Avanta manage my personal rentals. I dont know what Id do without them. I dont even think there is another company in Austin that comes close to the level of service and professionalism youll receive. Do you self a favor and stop looking. It doesnt exist!

Thankfully, I was able to get out of a 2 year lease - ONE YEAR EARLY. Read the reviews people!!! Honestly, who charges a tenant monthly rent for a dog - after the dog passes 5 months after moving into a home and then tries to collect another $350 non refundable fee when you decide to bring another dog into the home?!? As I sit here and read the most recent ones, I see not much has changed. Im just sorry I didnt read them before leasing their listing. Kirby Taylor, well - you can guess the type of property manager that he based on the reviews. Im here to tell you that every word is 100% true. I was a property manager for roughly 8/9 years so I am very aware of how the process works. Owners looking for a management company your home will not be maintained properly, he will try to charge you fees that their team actually caused by their negligence. I know this because charges were added to my account that I refused to pay and were eventually removed (time stamped photos to prove this). Renter looking for a home - JUST DONT! The market has so many homes to choose from, save yourself the headache. I moved into a dirty house (time stamped photos to prove this) automatically then they keep $275 as a cleaning fee upon move out. Broom swept is unacceptable for a move in. The list is endless, but Ill leave you with this - Do your homework! Your only hope with this company is Nicole. She was very helpful & did what she could but truth be told in any business - it all starts with the higher up. Avanta360 & Kirby Taylor are NOT interested in your best interest.
