Krystal Fernandez has been such a big help to me as a homeowner. She has consistently been quick to respond to any of my questions or concerns and has always been extremely kind and clear. I have appreciated her help so much!! Spectrum is lucky to have her!!!

Krystal Fernandez does an excellent job at facilitating our board meetings. She is consistently prepared with information needed for productive discussions and sound decision making. Her demeanor is calm and positive, which helps to put people at ease and makes board meetings go smoothly. She responds promptly and professionally to concerns or questions from both the community and board members.

*Edit. In the reply posted by Spectrum, I was asked to reach out to the same email that I already reached out to, where they attempted to send me to a site to collect $375 before providing an account statement. I emailed them again and they did not respond.* Dealing with this HOA is terrible. Not only do they not properly maintain the green spaces and pool, but when you attempt to contact them to obtain something as simple as a current homeowners account statement, they want to charge $375 to get this and force you to get a bunch of other unneeded documents in the process. That costs more than the entire annual HOA fees. That's straight up predatory to be unwilling to provide a simple account statement for a ridiculous fee like that. Avoid this HOA if possible.

I am on the board of Silverado West, Krystal Fernandez has been our community manager for a couple of years now. She is invested in the community, attentive, communicates, and helps us execute projects. We appreciate her efforts to help us manage the HOA.
