They are no better than con artists, be careful when renting from them. We rented a house for a weekend trip trip that was supposed to be waterfront with AC. The pictures' demonstrated it was waterfront. When we arrived we learned the property did not match the photos and the water was almost 1/2 mile away. While I understand that rainfall can affect water levels, there has been no waterfront here for over a year. Really dishonest. To top it off they did not have working AC, over 100 degrees inside. When we requested service on the AC, they told us to "keep the shades closed." The only shady thing here is the management company. We found them to be tremendously dishonest, particularly Guy. Be careful.

Sean went above and beyond to assist my family during our move. We moved from outside of Austin and found out we had been scammed by a different realty company. I wont had 4 days to move and Sean took me very seriously and told me to not worry he would handle us getting into a new place. He processed everything super quick, made sure our new home was ready to go and had us in ASAP. He saved me over $4600.00 in having to rent by day at my old home. I highly recommend anyone to Oberg. They make sure the properties are in TipTop shape and they stand behind what they say. This is something that I have found is lacking in todays world.

MovIng can be a bit testy ... but Oberg Property Management has been especially responsive and helpful (especially Sean Oberg and Quin). Keys to my new condo were not where they were supposed to be: but Sean came out immediately even on a holiday weekend; both have been responsive to emails and helpful throughout the whole process. As a retired Realtor, I am comfortable recommending them and the company.

I second all of Cirillo Ucazzu's review. Complete incompetence, no idea how this company exists, and for a while there I thought it may not exist and I got duped. Offering a vacation rental "service", you think they'd be able to have someone within the company available on the weekends... you know, a fairly hot vacation period out of the week. All you get in their "emergency" contact service is another incompetent 3rd party company who cannot give you any information. So, we were left without check-in instructions or any other detail regarding our rental.. and being a Sunday, wouldn't hear back from anyone until Monday. Come Monday, I hear nothing outside of an email stating: "We hope you are settled in and enjoyed your first night at Lake Travis Bungalow: Casita Golden Rod (#2)! We hope you feel at home and want to check in to see how everything is?" Shockingly accurate, since I am currently at home and not in the vacation rental. Complete P0S company and staff. --- RE: RE: Please send me the audio-recording from your 3rd party service so I can hear where you thought you heard the words... nah I don't want a callback to address any of the issues brought up. I'm curious to see how you got there...
