When a person performs every time with excellence through the years, invariably, time and time again, not only occasionally, that person carries true excellence within his very soul. And Jos Jauregui is that kind of person. Today, I had the opportunity to have Jos taking care of my call and he was once again the best customer service representative one can find. He always has a true feeling of empathy with the customer, the highest level of quality and a service of excellence. He has a great knowledge about his area of service, and he is highly efficient in what he does. One of his best assets is being extremely patient, courteous, clear and careful to guide step by step a customer in need of help. Please consider Jos as a role model. In my humble opinion, he deserves to be an instructor or a supervisor. He should be supported in every way you can. Please. Thank you so much.

Dreadful! If I could give 0 stars, I would. Our HOA manager is Annalee. She lies, doesn’t answer the phone, and absolutely cannot seem to do her job or get anything done. She has been working with our HOA board ( another ineffective group) on a project for a year. Still not finished. If you can at all avoid this company or Annalee- I urge you to do so. They are terrible.

Can't get them to answer the phone. There is no way to get in touch with them after they sent me a disturbing email. I am very concerned. My home is about the only thing I own. They are not honest. Update- my phone call was returned and my questions were answered. I need to give this company time and see what happens.
