I rented a house with Ironrock Properties in Pflugerville and it was by far the most expensive year of my life. We were in charge of every single maintenance cost for the house while our neighbors in the townhome linked to us had all of their maintenance completed by their landlord (including lawn care). We were also in charge of unforeseen HOA violations - the rules for which we could not find easily since we weren't the owners of the house. We communicated primarily with Natasha Bernal during our stay and she was super helpful, reachable by text or email, and quick to input work orders. However, post-move out, we paid hundreds of dollars for professional move out cleaning, deep carpet cleaning (which was required and costs minimum $400), and did extra cleaning on our own over a couple of weekends. Despite this, we were charged $400 by Ironrock for a deep clean the property apparently needed. When sent photos of the property, I asked about the toddler toys they found underneath the fridge that didn't belong to us (since we were just two adults in the house for the year) and Rosalie Doyle deflected, was condescending, and didn't really take ownership for what was clear oversight on behalf of Ironrock before we moved in. Unsure whether customer service is a priority for Ironrock but regardless, happy to be moved out and not spending hundreds of dollars per month on top of rent.

Ironrock did a great job managing the rental experience for us. The home we rented had several issues, but Ironrock was prompt to respond and take care of them. The agents we worked with were polite and understanding. We really appreciate all your help!

Natasha and Rosalie are great! Theyre very knowledgeable and responsive. Would happily rent from them again

Fully recommend! Rosalie and the team at Ironrock Properties have been exceptional. Its rare to find people who love what they do, are extremely competent and professional, and also always respond quickly. Rosalie is a gem and really knows this city inside and out. Ive found both Rosalie and Natasha to be easy to work with, attentive to every detail, and more than willing go the extra mile.
