        I called the general information to ask about where Peak Rock invests to help consumers buy their products, but Jennifer, was rude and wouldn't forward me any information including just the website and hung up on me. I only treated her with respect and talked calmly and politely to her to share why I was calling. I called back to ask why she hung up on me, why she was being rude. Did she have a bad day? Could she not have forwarded me to someone else for information, if she didn't know? Horrible experience.

        If this company owns the Port Carbon Pa 17965 Turkey Hill location they have an alarm on the door that is above the decibels any human can withstand. The employers do not have a corporate number to call themselves or give to customers and complain. This alarm is so loud and detrimental to hearing that your employees deserve compensation for being tortured by it. This has gone on for over a year! I would be filing for Workers Compensation if I work there, and all the workers complain Fix this or I have no choice but to go over your head!
