I went to Dr. Russell for 18 years. She had been my sole pediatrician since I was born and for most of that time I loved her as a doctor. Maybe it was because I had grown older, and was going to move on to a different PCP soon, but Dr. Russell had become much less amicable as a doctor in the later years. On my final appointment, I waited in her office for one and a half hours *after* my scheduled appointment time. She had grown increasingly rude over the past few appointments, so at that point we were pretty fed up. We left the office without seeing her.
