        Waited 6-8 weeks for an appointment with a specialist at this location, took off work, and took our baby out of care for an afternoon. When we arrived for our appointment, we learned that it had been cancelled because it was not confirmed - isnt this why we set the appointment in the first place? Frustrating process that prioritizes the doctor/providers time over the patient need and experience. It was a reminder that our healthcare system is pretty broken in terms of access.
