Very unprofessional service. My new doctor requested for my daughter's medical record to be faxed over. 3.5 weeks later, they still didn't fax her medical record to her new doctor. I called multiple time, every time, they promised to fax it right the way. The first time, they had the wrong fax number, the next 4 times, either the person who is responsible was not there or they didn't fax it.

Dr Gupta is fantastic. I was able to get an appointment within two days. It was the shortest wait time I've ever had at a doctor's office. I was seen immediately after filling out the paperwork. She was thorough and able to explain things well. She was a great listener and able to engage my baby to do the exam. The nurses were kind.
