Dr Ruiz has always looked after our four kids. When she is not available all other doctors are available and happy to help. We go in regularly for normal sick appointments and yearly check ups. One of our kids developed a very rare disease called kawasaki and his symptomps did not come up all at once like they typically do, but Dr Ruiz after a couple visits was still correct on her diagnose and sent us immediately to Dells Childrens with an specialist and it helped our son tremendously. We will always be gratefull.

Went here to get my daughters physical and two flu shots. We asked if they accepted our UHC insurance and they said they did. I got a bill for over $250. I am a medical professional and understand deductibles, but I dont understand how they charge so much for a physical and two flu shots. I could have gone to Walgreens and gotten a flu shot for $20 which would have totaled $40 and a chiropractor for a $30 physical. What should have been a $70 day was highly over charged. I also got a call the very next day from them saying that I needed to make another appointment!! Yeah right. I went to Dr. Weelock on Bee Cave and couldnt be happier!
