They never answer the phone and never return a call . Took 3 weeks to sign my baby daycare documents. Very poor communication will never ever recommend this place

I believe the first time my daughter went to see Dr. Brieno she was 3yrs of age (2001) I've had 2 more kids since and have had my share of visits to Dr. Brieno's office. She along with her staff have always treated my family and I with respect and professionalism. I appreciate all the years they have taken the time to care for my children's health needs. Most recently, my son needed a physical for sports. He had a deadline of 2 days (long story short). I contacted Dr. Brieno's office in hopes that my son would get a copy of his physical in time. Dr. Brieno's office came through for him and emailed his physical that same day. Just reminded me of another reason why I've never had to switch pediatrician. I recommend Dr. Brieno, she is a great Dr. that has a great office that cares for their patients. Thank you Dr. Brieno and office staff you are appreciated!

The front office is non responsive. We have called 4 times and have left messages. Nothing. Next visit will probably be our last. The Dr is great and we really like her, but the office can't be treating their clients like this. Answer your phones or at least return our calls.
