I have never been to this facility but they do not take HIPPA breaches seriously. I have been receiving information from a patient that is not myself, their appointment times, name and address for their appointments. I have called 3 different times to have my phone number removed from this account in order to stop receiving patient information and no changes have been made. Very disappointed and would certainly second guess ever bringing my child here because you never know who they're going to send their information to without your knowledge or consent apparently.

My experience was very unsatisfying being that I got a bill which was sent to collections. I have talked to the Dr. Casey over and over that we have two insurances at the time he does not know how to handle a business. Due to poor judgement and pride I have bill of which his company does not want to resolve.

what a disgrace. They called to cancel by apt 30 minutes before my scheduled apt.. for my BABY b/c she didnt get a jab. Would have been nice to know they were anti medical freedom before wasting my time!!!
