I have no idea why this place has good reviews. I used to be a loyal customer here with Dennis until my nails would break after 3 days and he refused to get me in to fix them. However, I needed a pedicure and I came back because its close to my house. Biggest mistake. Ive never been more unsatisfied. This woman hurt my big toe so bad that I jumped and gasped and all she did was smile and pat my foot. The pain is making my toe throb and it woke me in the middle of the night. I have no idea what she did but I am so pissed off. I get regular pedicures so its not like my nails were out of control. Also, I had gel polish on my toes and instead of taking the time to file and soak it off, she RIPPED it off if every toe so now my toenails are damaged and thin. Truly the worst pedicure of my life. Do yourself a favor and dont go here.

Unfortunately had to come back and update my review. I have been a long time customer of Lantana Nails and go routinely every 2-3 weeks. I have never been so mistreated at a service ANYWHERE. Denis, you are extremely rude and lack any consideration for your staff and your loyal customers. I had an 11am appt as always and showed up at 11:04am, nail photo ready for color matching and to be seated. He told me "Go sit down NOW" very rudely and refused to help me color match the photo. In the middle of the pedicure area he asked me what time my appt was and when I said 11, he sarcastically said "Its 11:20" insinuating that I was 20min late. Never offered me a drink and was rude to my nail tech the entire time talking about how late they were running. I was in tears getting my pedicure by the way he treated me. Its 1) not my fault you failed to staff correctly on SXSW, Rodeo and Spring Break. 2) we were done in plenty of time before her next appt even checked in. I will not be bringing my $$ here anymore. I spend thousands a year in services and also have a referral program to send new clients your way. That has been removed from my referral list and all of my referrals have been notified of my experience. You were awful to me, not to mention I am also an expecting mother that just needed a day to myself to enjoy. An apology from Dennis could fix this but I'm sure his ego wont allow it.

I wish I had good things to say about Lantana. They are talking really loud with their own language, they're so caught up in conversation, they can't focus on their work! I showed a picture and that lady asked me to pay first and give her tips I didnt know that their work worth not a $ tip. I gave her 12$ tip so she can do her best but she did the worst, just because they are in a hurry and talking with their own team thats why they cant focus well. Unfortunately all teams are same.
