    This place is amazing! It's super clean & the staff are all really friendly & hospitable. I felt so happy & welcome here! Bree is an amazing tattoo artist that did matching bestie tattoos for my BFF & I. We're obsessed with Cute & will definitely be coming back for tats & mani/pedis!

    I am very sad I have to stop coming to this place. I always kept looking the other way when I ran into little issues but I guess this was the last straw. My first bad experience was in June 12th, my husband joined me and while he was waiting for me he told me he was never offered nothing, but the other people that came in and were waiting next to him were offered drinks. That was a bad experience for him and well honestly for me too knowing that. The second bad experience was on December 28th , I arrived 30min early to have enough time to choose my next nail color. I was OK with waiting until my appointment time (6pm). Well it was 30min into my appointment time and my nail tech NEVER came up to me to tell me "Hey I am running a little behind, apologies, are you OK with waiting or do you want to reschedule, or do you need anything?" The funny thing is that their "Policy" say that I can not be more then 10min late to my appointment because it will be cancelled and theyll charge me 50%! Why can it work the same way for us the customers?? Specially the recurring customers. I know they say their time is valuable but so its ours. Yesterday, Feb. 29th, I had an appointment for 4pm, I got a call 1:20pm telling me I either need to change my appointment to the next day or go to the other salon at 8PM! I was very upset because I booked my appointment on Sunday, received my confirmation and multipole reminders and the day of they notice that my appointment was booked wrong??? What sucks is that it is not my first time going there, I've been a going there for quite a while, therefore my nail tech should've known what I was coming in for and if I did book my appointment wrong, give me a call the next day to inform me, don't just wait until the last minute to tell me. They offered me to go to another salon for an 8pm appointment, I said yes but then I called to schedule me back to my old appointment time just to get the Gel removed. (My fault for all this mess, I do admit it) Then they tell me it will be $45 to get my gel removed, I decided to call back and cancel my appointment for good. They tell me I have to pay FULL-PRICE for cancelling. I did in fact get that charge on my account. Even though I was probably at fault for the wrong booking, they couldve just contact me days prior to rebook or cancel. The salon is great, its beautiful and the nail tech is really great at her job but I just hope that they get better managing their scheduling. Let the nail techs check their schedule prior to sending confirmations to customers. Overall, I tried my best to look the other way on these issues but they all added up and well I wish you guys the best! Service: Gel manicures
