This is why I dont do walk ins is what I was told after being rushed through a terrible manicure, and asking for it to be fixed. Sam is great and I have had lovely experiences here in the past with other staff. Unfortunately, this bad experience had caused me to write a bad review.

My nails are infected with fungus because this salon does not sanitize their nail clippers, tools and tubs. Their nail polish is probably also tainted. If you want to spend $$$ at the doctor, on medication and on new shoes and want to wait months for your yellow nails to grow out, then by all means, visit this salon.

Just stopped in for a mani/pedi over the weekend. While my services were quick, leaving a salon with at least 5 bleeding fingers is obviously not very enjoyable. The skin around my fingers were cut so bad that it burned for days after. Im not sure if they need better tools, or need to slow down, but I wont be coming back here for service again.

I got a gel mani, gel pedi, and got my eyebrows waxed. I got nicks on my fingers, toes, and picked skin from tweezers. Staff is NOT gentle. I've given this shop a couple of tries. Not impressed. Services: Pedicure, Waxing, Manicure

I usually don't write reviews (let along negative ones) However, last time we were there, we waited over an hour for them to work on us, even though we had an appointment. And recently they took 40 mins to take off acrylic nails on my daughter. I will NEVER be going there again!
