Beverly Nail Salon Austin

I have been coming here for years and have always been fairly satisfied with their work. Over time it has really done downhill and I had elected to stop getting my nails done and only do toes. The last few months I have returned to dip nails. In January my nails were damaged by the drill, yet, I continued to return to cover up my damaged nails. Today, the owner, Mindy, applied my dip nails. I'm sad to say that this experience is my final one with Beverly. Mindy was rough and extremely sloppy. By far the most uncomfortable manicure I have ever experienced. Mindy's work is so sloppy that I could have given myself a better manicure at home. Even after having her repeatedly fix her mistakes (chips at the tips, powder stuck all around and under my nails, uneven shapes and lengths, etc) I am left with a subpar manicure. I left the salon merely 2 hours ago and the dip is already cracking! I expect so much more from the owner! I understand the salon was busy today but there is no excuse for poor customer treatment, rushing through your work and acting visibly annoyed when you are asked to correct your work.

I am always happy with my nails when I go here. Ive been coming here for years on and off. Ive had sns nails, manicures, pedicures over the years. They do a consistently good job!

Possibly the worst pedicure Ive had in ten years. She didnt cut my cuticles, clip my toe nails, or file my nails at all. I was watching the entire time. She was about to paint my nails at which point I askedwill you be doing my actual pedicure - cleaning my toes, cutting, filing, cleaning the cuticles and doing the callus treatment? Literally she and three other employees all said yea she already did. No, Ive been sitting here watching you. I know you didnt. So she started to clean my cuticles and guess what? There was a lot to clean. So I asked her about my callus removal and she said yes. Well she didnt do it. When I asked again she told me maybe you forgot. Absolutely not. The massage was pathetic because she kept talking to coworkers and hardly massaged at all. She was very lazy and the what upset me the most, is that they all lied to me. Like really? Im sitting here watching you. How can you tell me you provided a service and I just forgot when Im sitting here! From beginning to end it sucked. Ive never difficult. The bill was $345 for me and my two daughters. Is it really that much to ask for you to actually give me a pedicure and clean my toes? Not a single person was understanding. They all sided with her and told me I forgot what happened in my actual pedicure. Ill never return. I will say, the girl who did my daughters pedicure did a fantastic job. I watched and she ACTUALLY gave her a pedicure. Service: Pedicure
