        I REALLY liked this spot. Ive been trying to find my go-to salon in ATX, and I think Ive found it with TP. The staff is super attentive, theres entertainment to keep you occupied, and the work is exquisite with special attention to making sure the natural nail is taken care of too. Love!

        Workers were very nice and respectful, and the only reason I didn't leave one star. I came in with a grown out gel manicure and my technician did not soak them long enough, and proceed to scrape the gel off with a metal tool. It scratched and ruined my nail bed in the process. She cut all the nails differently and shorter than I requested, and didn't do the same shape as I had before as we had discussed. Each nail was a different shape and size, and this was after I asked if she could even them up and make them more square because some were almost coffin shaped. I had to stop and leave without paying because it truly was one the worst experiences ever and I ended up having to buy press on nails to hide the damage. Manager was very understanding about it, and let me leave without paying. Good staff overall.

      Hi Lola,This is Tracy who is the manager of TP Pure Nails. Are you the person that had only 30 minutes manicure gel included removing old gel nails before the shop closed? I remember that I checked the shape and length with you before I did your gel polish. I asked about your length and shapes that you requested my co-worker. You didn't tell me the shape and length to correct them. After you turn off your phone call, you said that you weren't happy with the shape and length so you don't want to pay the service. That is only option that you gave me at that time. Am I right??? However I told you and repeated it twice that I can fix your nails exactly with your request even doing gel up on your nails. Then you repeated that you don't want to pay. That's it. You didn't give me a chance to fix them even I said that I can fix them. Finally, I let you go without paying. I appreciated your kindness from giving us 2 stars review 🙂. I hope that you can find somewhere have better offer than our shop 🙂. Your nails are growing longer in a week or two. Don't worry!
