Let me start off by saying that Marc really made it happen for me! When I first tried to get approved for a house from a different lender, it was just a blunt no and nothing else. when I was ready to try again I was referred to Marc and soooo glad I did! I was still not ready but almost and he gave me the best advice on what I needed to do to be ready and I followed everything he told me to do. Finally when I tried again I got approved! He helped me through the whole process explained every question I asked and got me in my dream home! I highly recommend Marc Saucier with republic state mortgage! You will not regret it! What we were trying to achieve with our loan was not your ordinary mortgage situation. After talking to a couple of other mortgage companies, we did not feel very confident we were going to be able to achieve what we wanted to...until we spoke with Marc. Marc was extremely confident he could achieve what we needed. After laying out our options, we knew we were in the right place. He listened to all our needs throughout the process and not once did we feel like we were not important. I had a very bad experience with this company, that I even questioned if its legit or not. I filled out the application with my partner, and we were requested to send out all of our personal information, statements, bank accounts, and everything, and we never got a response, they never responded to our calls, or emails, and everytime I was trying to contact them Lisa would say, i call you back to chat, and never did. We are busy people with our business, so we dont have time to waste. Save yourself a headache and go with someone you can trust. you'll waste your time with this company.
