Ive worked with Matt and his team for a couple years now professionally. Ive sent a number of clients his way to discuss lending options and discuss if refinancing or tapping into the equity in their house makes sense. I have zero hesitation sending clients to Matt as he has two decades of experience and is extremely knowledgeable about the mortgage and financing industry. My favorite part about Matt is he is not a hungry lender that will do anything to push product. There have been a handful of times where he could have pushed a refinance, but instead he talked down a client and ensured that they understood why it didnt make sense for their situation. This type of lender is extremely rare and is the number one reason why I continue to send people his way. I highly recommend them for anyone that has questions about refinancing, trying to buy a home, or just has general questions about mortgages.
