Avoid doing business with Jet if you require an international transfer, especially if Tiffany is involved in the process. Unfortunately, our experience with the company Jet was extremely unpleasant, primarily due to the employee Tiffany. She was completely unprepared for her role, unable to communicate clearly, and extremely rude. Our case involved an international transfer, and she waited until the last day to clarify the information, despite there being an initial payment made to the constructor. The process had been ongoing for almost a month and, in the end, it was passed on to her manager who, although more polite, lacked knowledge about the case. The closing day was scheduled for a Monday at 3 pm, and upon arriving at the company to sign, we were informed that the process had not been sent yet. Consequently, we ended up waiting at the company for almost 2 hours. We'd recommend to avoid this company. If you consider doing business with them, it's highly advisable to avoid dealing with this employee, Tiffany.
