If I ever decide to go through buying another house there is no one that I will deal with other than Pam Jamison. She was with us every step of the way. She explained things to us in a way that made it easy to understand. She helped us battle through the approval process and got us the best % rate possible and the highest credit score I have ever had. I had a buyer under contract on a new construction home. Buyer went with the builders lender because they were rebating $ at closing. Builders lender had unrealistic requirements for trust fund accounts that would have cost my buyer tens of thousands of dollars. Although we were a month from closing, I called Pam and asked her to take a look. She was able to underwrite this in just a few days. In the end she even saved my buyer $$ and closing cost were less than with the builder incentive! Pam has provided mortgage loans for many of my clients and all of them have been service!

Pam Jamison was very helpful during the entire process. I was never left in the dark and was provided daily updates. Even with a few obstacles outside our control, Pam and her team quickly provided solutions. Pam went above and beyond to get us the lending we needed. Pam is absolutely the best! She is so professional, friendly, easy going and conscientious. She was able to help us maneuver any issues that came up. This was our 3rd time to work with Pam. She knows her business and works all hours to make it all happen! She was always ahead of the entire process. It was a pleasure working with someone who feels like a good friend! Saved $320 a month on a re-fi !!! In February of 2019 we used Pam and Prime Lending to close our home loan. I opted for Pam instead of a personal friend in the business because Prime Lending's purchase/remodel loan option allowed for more flexible terms which in turn saved us money. Pam was ALWAYS available to answer my questions (even after hours). I felt I was in good hands. Even months after closing I could always call her with questions about things and she was happy to help. In February she called to let me know rates had dropped considerably since we closed a year ago (like 1.5 percent!). I hadn't even been paying attention. We were able to lock in a refinance rate that would eventually save us $320 a month on our mortgage. I know there are other companies all over the country that you can call but when it comes to loading all your personal information onto a website, wouldn't you prefer to know that the person who is getting that info is someone right here in Austin? That was another reason I felt safe using Pam and Prime Lending. You will not be disappointed if you choose her!! She is 100% Awesome!
