As a realtor, its really important to have quality vendors in your database that serve as an extension of you and your brand. Ive done a couple of deals with Shelley now and have to say, she is a superstar! She communicates effectively, efficiently and with consistency something some lenders nowadays are lacking. She operates with full transparency and you always know where things stand. If theres a bump in the road, she comes to you immediately, not just with the problem but with a solution prepared.
